This deal-oriented position assumes responsibility for a transaction once a Proposal Letter is executed and a due diligence deposit/reimbursement agreement is received, and maintains “ownership” until the transaction ultimately closes. They must also perform initial testing and troubleshooting of these programs to ensure accuracy and create documentation for these programs.
