Michael E. Fishman

Mike Fishman joined the company in 1990 as a loan portfolio manager, and in 1996, he was named National Underwriting Manager, responsible for a team of new business underwriters across the country.  By 2000, Fishman was given responsibility for business development nationwide, and today, he manages an originations team of 60 business development officers, analysts and syndications professionals responsible for over $4 billion in new loan commitments in 2007 alone.  He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.



James Marasco

Regional Director — West

Jim Marasco oversees the Loan Originations efforts of Wells Fargo Foothill's Western Region, with responsibility for teams in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Dallas.  During his tenure, Marasco has been involved  in more than $5 billion in commitments of middle market leveraged financings for companies in various industries.  Prior to joining Foothill in 1989, Marasco worked in leveraged finance and commercial banking at a number of firms including GE Capital and Citicorp.  He served a Director of the West Coast Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.  Marasco is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received a B.A. degree in Accounting.



Daniel J. McKirdy

After joining Wells Fargo Foothill in 1995, Dan McKirdy worked in various capacities, including Underwriting and Loan Originations.  In 2004, McKirdy formed a new team within Loan Originations dedicated to identifying and working directly with prospective borrowers across all of the industries served by Wells Fargo Foothill and Wells Fargo Retail Finance, often in concert with other representatives from throughout Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking.



Scott Glassberg

Managing Director — Los Angeles

Since joining Wells Fargo Foothill in 1990, Scott Glassberg has been involved in sourcing and structuring more than 100 senior secured transactions in a wide range of industries, totaling more than $3 billion in commitments, and has twice received the Wells Fargo “Golden Spoke” award for single-year performance.  He has worked on more than 50 sponsor-related buyouts, but is particularly known for his work with acquisition financings in the technology sector.  Glassberg graduated cum laude from Cal-State Northridge, where he studied both Finance and Real Estate



Carey Do

Director

Carey Do joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2001 from Wilshire Associates, Inc., a global investment consulting and investment management firm. As Director within the Loan Originations group, Do is responsible for sourcing and structuring financings for sponsor-backed acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth capital and turnarounds. Her coverage includes lending to technology companies, basic industrials, retailers and companies in the hospitality, media and healthcare sector. Prior to her role in Loan Originations, Do worked in Foothill's Underwriting and Loan Closing group as well as in their Specialty Finance group. Do is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Chinese, and has successfully completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.



Russell W. Parks III

Director

Prior to joining the company, Rusty Parks was a Director at ORIX Finance in their Specialty Finance Group, where he was responsible for purchasing and underwriting distressed debt in the capital markets as well as originating and structuring 2nd lien, mezzanine, and rescue financing on a direct basis. Parks also worked for two venture backed companies in finance and product management in Austin and San Jose. He received his B.A. from Southwestern University and his MBA/MS Information Systems from Baylor University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.



Brandon J. Hodges

Assistant Vice President

Brandon Hodges joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2007 as a Direct Loan Originations Officer. Hodges is responsible for sourcing new credit opportunities with prospective borrowers across all the industries served by Wells Fargo Foothill throughout the Southwest region. He also works in concert with other representatives from Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking to provide credit facilities to their customers. Previously, Hodges was a Business Development Officer with the Wells Fargo Regional Commercial Banking Office in Woodland Hills, CA. He also worked as a Business Development Officer for KPMG, LLP in the Greater Los Angeles market. Hodges is a graduate of the University of Utah where he received a B.A. degree in Marketing.



Craig Warden

Direct Loan Originations — West

Craig Warden joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2007 to oversee the Direct Loan Originations efforts in the company's Western Region.  Previously, Warden was a Business Development Officer with the Wells Fargo Regional Commercial Banking Office in Los Angeles.  In addition, Warden managed the Los Angeles office of First Security prior to its acquisition by Wells Fargo.  He is a board member of the Ketchum Downtown YMCA and a trustee of Glendale Memorial Hospital Foundation.


Atlanta

Brannon A. Huntz

Senior Director

Brannon Huntz joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2008 from Fortress Investment Group where he was a Managing Director in the Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund. Prior to Fortress, Huntz spent 10 years at GE Commercial Finance originating and structuring both asset based and leveraged cash flow loans on a 1st and 2nd lien basis. He has completed domestic and international transactions in the areas of acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings and privatizations totaling over $4.5 billion. As Senior Director, Huntz is responsible for new business origination in the southeastern United States. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Venture Forum and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Huntz earned his BBA at the University of Georgia and has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.


Jerry Jansen

Senior Vice President

Jerry Jansen has over 25 years experience financing middle market companies and specializes in enterprise value lending, asset-based lending and leveraged acquisitions. Since joining the company in 1998, he has been involved in sourcing and structuring more than 75 transactions totaling more that $2 billion in commitments. Jansen has worked on more than 40 sponsor-related buyouts in a number if industries. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis and received a MBA from Samford University.



Jeffrey Huntington

Senior Vice President

Jeff Huntington joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2004 from Fifth Third Bank in Chicago where he was a portfolio manager responsible for managing middle market accounts, as well as originating, negotiating, structuring and underwriting new transactions.  Prior to his time at Fifth Third Bank, Huntington was a Business Development Manager at Daugherty Systems, and an Account Manager at National TechTeam.  He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and received his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago.



Jason Martin

Assistant Vice President

Jason Martin came to Wells Fargo Foothill from the business banking group of Wachovia Bank, where he was responsible for booking loans and lines of credit in addition to selling other bank products and services.  Prior to that, Martin worked at American Express Financial Advisors and Risk Capital Trading Group.  Martin graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.  He joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2006.



C. Scott Thompson

Assistant Vice President

Scott Thompson has more than 11 years of financial experience, including commercial, capital markets, and corporate banking.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo Foothill, Thompson worked for 10 years with Wachovia's Corporate and Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for creating solutions to facilitate mergers and acquisitions, market analysis, and underwriting. His industry specializations included gaming, information technology, staffing, and waste.  He is a graduate of Georgia State University.


Boston

Scott Ryan

Managing Director — Boston

Scott Ryan joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 1996 from Shawmut National Corporation, beginning his career here as an auditor for the Business Finance unit.  He then moved through loan administration as an account executive and into underwriting in 2000.  Ryan joined Loan Originations as a business development officer in 2002 and was given responsibility over the Boston Originations team and the New England region in 2007.  Ryan is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Commerce and Finance.



Scott Fiore

Director

Scott Fiore joined the company in 2007 after spending 11 years with Wells Fargo Business Credit. Fiore began his career at Wells Fargo Business Credit as an auditor and then became a Portfolio Manager and was responsible for underwriting, closing and monitoring asset-based transactions before taking on the role of Business Development Officer. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst for a Boston based Bankruptcy Trustee. Fiore is Past President of the Turnaround Management Association, New England Chapter. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.



Robert Stanley

Director

Bo Stanley began his career with Wells Fargo Foothill in 2000 and has held various positions within the organization, including loan administration, field audit, underwriting and loan closing. Since joining the Boston loan administration team in June of 2006, he has closed over 25 deals with more than $500MM in fundings. Stanley is a graduate of the University of Maine with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.



Garrick Tan

Senior Vice President

Garrick Tan and his team are responsible for working directly with prospective customers of the Northeast Region of Wells Fargo Foothill, and nationally for Wells Fargo Retail Finance and Wells Fargo Century.  Prior to his work in Loan Originations, Garrick served for over six years as an underwriter and loan closer for the Business Finance unit. He has also held various credit positions within the organization. Garrick joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 1996.



Ryan Johnson

Associate

Ryan Johnson joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2007 after spending 7 1/2 years with Wells Fargo Bank, most recently serving as Vice President of Market Growth and Development supporting the new business efforts — especially the Internet marketing efforts — for Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking.  Previously, Johnson served as a Wholesale Cross-Sell Consultant working with the Commercial Banking offices in Northern California to maximize cross-selling opportunities.  He also served as a product/project manager with the Wholesale Internet & Treasury Solutions team, and began his career in financial services at Wachovia.  He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S in Agriculture and Applied Economics.



Michael Lemieux

Loan Originator

Mike Lemieux joined Wells Fargo Foothill from Pilgrim Power Sports, where in his role as a sales manager, he developed and established the company's online store and created various marketing programs that made Pilgrim the fastest growing Kawasaki dealer in Massachusetts. Prior to Pilgrim, Lemieux worked at his alma mater, New England College, as a Marketing Consultant, responsible for marketing and fundraising events. Lemieux holds a Master's in Finance from the school.



Michael Weissenburger

Vice President

Michael Weissenburger has been in Loan Originations since joining Wells Fargo Foothill in 2005.  He spent ten years in various positions of corporate finance within the technology industry, most recently with Sonus Networks.  His experience also includes three years as Manager of Financial Operations for Converge, Inc., a former Wells Fargo Foothill customer.  Weissenburger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and received his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University.  He is an active member in the Boston chapters of the Commercial Finance Association and Turnaround Management Association.

Darren M. Latimer

Executive Vice President
Regional Director — Midwest & Southeast

Darren Latimer has been with Wells Fargo Foothill since 1996, and is today responsible for Loan Originations across the company's Midwest and Southeast Regions.  In addition, Latimer also oversees the originations efforts of the company's Canadian affiliate, Wells Fargo Foothill Canada.  He has experience in lending to technology companies, basic industrials, and hospitality and media clients.  While he has been based in Chicago since 2001, Latimer previously held positions in both the Los Angeles and New York offices of Wells Fargo Foothill.  Prior to joining Foothill, Latimer was an associate in the investment banking group at First Bank, a unit of JP Morgan, in New York.



Eran Cohen

Managing Director – Chicago

Eran Cohen was previously a partner with Monroe Capital, successor fund to Hilco Capital, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, investment structuring, underwriting and execution of fund investments.  Cohen has also served as Vice President, Regional Underwriting Manager of the Central Region Corporate Finance Group of FINOVA Capital Corporation.  He has worked as CFO/consultant for two companies, at LaSalle Bank, and at Fleet Capital.  Cohen obtained his BA degree in finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA in accounting from Loyola University.  He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.



Andrea Kurrle

Vice President

Andrea Kurrle joined Wells Fargo Foothill in early 2005. In her current role within Loan Originations, she is responsible for upfront deal sourcing and the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing solutions for buyouts, re-financings, turnarounds and growth situations. Prior to joining Foothill, Kurrle worked at Prudential Capital Group in Chicago where she analyzed and underwrote new senior and mezzanine transactions while managing a $5 billion portfolio of existing investments. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned a B.A. in Economics.



Heather La Freniere

Vice President

Heather La Freniere joined the in 2003 and is responsible for new business origination in the Chicago office. She works with intermediaries, consultants and private equity groups around the Midwest to negotiate and structure new credit facilities for their clients/portfolio companies. Prior to joining Foothill, La Freniere spent 10 years in investment banking, structuring, negotiating and marketing debt securities for private companies at ABN AMRO NV and at a Chicago-based regional boutique firm. She completed the credit training program at Norwest Bank NA and spent five years in various roles in the commercial bank including credit analysis/portfolio management and trade finance. La Freniere has a B.S. in International Business and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She speaks fluent Spanish and is a member of the TMA and the ACG.



Brian A. Mann

Vice President

Brian Mann joined Wells Fargo Foothill as an analyst in 2003 and was promoted to Loan Originator in 2005.  Since then he has closed over 20 deals with nearly $400 million in fundings.  Prior to joining Foothill, Mann spent three years at Prudential Capital Group in Chicago as an analyst, primarily responsible for underwriting new deals and the portfolio management of existing clients.  He is from Minneapolis, Minnesota and received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.



Joseph H. Wells

Joe Wells came to the Loan Originations team in Wells Fargo Foothill's Chicago office after completing the Wells Fargo Credit Management Training Program. Previously at Wells Fargo, he worked in the Corporate Banking group in Dallas and helped manage a portfolio with credit commitments over $1 billion. Wells began his career at Robert W. Baird in Wisconsin, and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.


Dallas

Mark A. Champion

Managing Director — Dallas

Mark Champion spent 10 years at CIT Group in Dallas as a Senior Originator before joining Wells Fargo Foothill in 2007 to lead its Dallas originations team.  Champion also worked at Bank One and Caprock Holdings in various capacities, including business development and portfolio management.  He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Champion is a past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth and is co-chairman of the 2008 Texas ACG Capital Connection. He has also served on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association. 



Colin Chenault

Director

Colin Chenault joined Wells Fargo Foothill as an analyst in 2006. As Director, he is responsible for new business origination in the Dallas office, covering Southwest-based financial sponsors and intermediaries, and for the origination and structuring of middle market debt financings. Prior to joining Foothill, Chenault spent two years with CSG Investments where he was responsible for business development and underwriting. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.



Grant Weiss

Director

Grant Weiss joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for loan originations in the Southwest Region. Prior to joining Foothill, Weiss spent 8 years at CIT Group where he gained experience in portfolio management and loan originations. Weiss also spent time at KPMG in Dallas. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Turnaround Management Association and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Accounting and received his MBA from Southern Methodist University.



Bryan Milner

Bryan Milner joined Wells Fargo Foothill in 2006 from Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco where he attended the bank's Credit Management Training Program (CMTP). Prior to attending CMTP, Milner was an Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Stephen Schwartz

Stephen Schwartz has been with Wells Fargo Foothill since 1995 and has held various positions within the organization, including loan administration, field audit, underwriting and loan closing.  Prior to his current role, Schwartz was Credit Manager for Wells Fargo Foothill Specialty Finance.  He currently manages all origination efforts in the Northeast, with offices in New York, Connecticut and Boston. Schwartz holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at San Diego and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.



Carolyn N. Glick

Managing Director — New York

As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wells Fargo Foothill's New York Loan Originations office, Carolyn N. Glick and her team are responsible for sourcing, analyzing and structuring financings for recapitalizations, acquisitions, re-financings, and turnarounds. Prior to joining Foothill in 2002, Carolyn held positions at Murphy Noell Capital and FINOVA Capital Corporation.  Carolyn graduated with a dual major in Government and Economics at Claremont McKenna College.



Thomas Brower

Director

Tom Brower joined the company as Director of Loan Originations in 2007. He came from Princeton Advisory Group, where he was responsible for analyzing, recommending and managing senior secured bank loans for the Group's $1.2 billion CLO business. Previously, Brower was an investment banker with Banc of America Securities, responsible for capital raising efforts in the gaming and leisure sectors, and also spent eight years at Fleet Bank and Summit Bank in various capacities, including business development and portfolio management.



Fridolf Hanson

Senior Vice President

Fridolf Hanson covers the private equity firms and hedge funds located in the Connecticut region for the company, originating both cash flow and asset based transactions. Hanson was previously with GE Commercial Finance for almost 10 years in various positions in both Connecticut and New York. His experience includes business development, loan syndications, portfolio management, underwriting and Six Sigma Quality. Hanson received his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his MBA from Wake Forest University.



Todd Schwartz

Director

As Director, Todd Schwartz is responsible for coverage of Northeast-based financial sponsors and financial advisors, and for the origination and structuring of middle market debt financings. Prior to joining the company in 2005, Schwartz worked in investment grade debt capital markets at Deutsche Bank Securities. He graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Economics.



Peter J. Ulmer

Director

Peter Ulmer originally joined the company in 1998 as a Portfolio Analyst and an early member of the Foothill Capital Corporation Atlanta team. After a brief stint in the Commercial Finance Group at G.E. Capital Corporation, Ulmer returned to Foothill's New York office in April of 2000 as an Originations Analyst. After devoting three years to heading the Direct Loan Originations effort for the Company's Northeast Region, he transitioned into structuring and managing leveraged buyout financings for Private Equity sponsors actively investing in the Software, Business Services and Manufacturing sectors. Ulmer holds a B.B.A., with a concentration in Finance, from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.


San Francisco

Steven V. Macko

Managing Director — San Francisco

Steve Macko joined Foothill in 1998, originally working out of its Los Angeles headquarters, but relocated to the San Francisco Bay area in 1999 to establish Foothill's San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Foothill, Macko spent several years at the firms of Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and the securities firm of Strome Investment Management, an alternative investment strategy hedge fund.  Macko received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and has successfully completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.



Jason Cosso

Director

Jason Cosso joined Wells Fargo Foothill in July 2004 and is responsible for structuring new loans in the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Foothill, Cosso worked for Comerica Bank in San Francisco and Portland where he underwrote and managed commercial loans for middle market companies. He is a graduate of Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo where he studied Political Science and Economics. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and currently Membership Chairman for the Northern California chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.



Mark P. Pilja

Assistant Vice President

Mark Pilja joined Wells Fargo Foothill in October 2004, originally as an analyst supporting Loan Originations in the Los Angeles office. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President and relocated to the Bay Area in 2007. Previously, Pilja worked at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor, and at Iverson Financial Systems, where he provided technical research for both fixed income and equity trading activities. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, where in 2000, as captain of the school's cross country team, he was named a NCAA Division I All-American.

Mark V. Sturrock

Mark Sturrock joined Wells Fargo Foothill Canada at its inception in 2007.  Previously, he spent 22 years at RBC Financial Group following the completion of his Bachelors degree in Business and Economics.  Sturrock held a variety of positions with RBC including Retail Banking, International Trade and Corporate Banking.  In addition to Mark's undergraduate degree, he completed the Queen's Executive Program in November 2001 and the Executive Leadership program at York University in October 2000.

John Levac

Vice President
Wells Fargo Foothill Canada

John Levac is responsible for business development and sales origination in Canada. He began his banking career in 1992 at the Royal Bank of Canada. Levac was manager in the Retail Financial Services sector and also worked within the RBC Corporate Finance group, with his final promotion to Regional Sales Manger, Corporate Banking in 2004. In 2005, Levac became Vice President of sales for the asset based lending group at Royal Bank of Canada where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating asset based finance deals, as well as managing a team of originators across the country. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce (with concentrations in Finance and Accounting) from Laurentian University, and is presently a candidate for the Dalhousie University Master of Business Administration through the Canadian Bankers Association. He is also an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA — Toronto Chapter), the Association for Corporate Growth and Commercial Finance Association.

Michael Vasquez joined Wells Fargo Foothill Canada in 2007 after spending six years with Wells Fargo Bank in Minneapolis. Most recently Vasquez completed Wells Fargo Bank's 6-month Credit Management Training Program (CMTP) in San Francisco. Prior to CMTP he was a financial analyst in the Minneapolis Regional Commercial Banking Office and Minneapolis Loan Adjustment Group. He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus in St. Peter, Minnesota with a degree in Financial Economics and Sociology.
